Quantum powers of the mind

Have you noticed how many people are so utterly convinced that psychic powers of the mind are real and actually work, but every time they are actually studied, they somehow stop working?

Rather than "psychic powers" they should start calling them "quantum powers": They work as long as nobody is actually measuring them.
